Noble Fir · Abies procera
Description: evergreen conifer (140-200 ft.) with blue-green needles (both leaf surfaces) massed on the upper surface of the twig. Individual needles are shaped like hockey sticks and have a groove running down the length of the upper surface. Its cones are upright & woody (4-6"). Noble fir is commonly found between 1400 to 6000 feet. Sun/part sun, regular water, well-drained soil.
